Delete your Sprout House account and data

Current account status: Sprout House does not currently offer a production cloud account. There is no account to delete today.

Remove local app data

The current app is local-first. You can remove individual plants and app-owned photos from their relevant areas, or use the app's reset option to clear personal plant data, Sprig history, and Sprout House-owned media from the app. Reset does not remove original photos from your device photo library and retains appearance, notification, onboarding, and saved remote-Sprig-consent preferences.

Make a privacy or data request

If you have used a remote Sprig or reporting feature and want to make a privacy or data request, email:

Tell us that your request concerns Sprout House and include only the information needed for us to understand it. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information.

When accounts become available

Before Sprout House enables account creation or cloud accounts, it will implement an account-deletion and associated cloud-data deletion process. This page will remain the public deletion address and will be updated with that real process.
